How will you help teachers set and reach realistic and achievable goals?

I’ll lead them through the Problem-Solving Process.

I will help them use data to define their problems well, identify a plan with solutions, implement the plan we agree upon, and monitor the plan’s progress. When needed, we will revise the plan by defining the problem better and identifying better resources and solutions.

If we are setting goals for evaluation, I will help them look at their students' data and set measurable and achievable goals using that information. I will follow the state guidelines provided to districts through the evaluation system.
